He made me cold just looking at him!Gloves are something that runners need for their winter running. Let's talk a little about it.You can lose as much as 30% of your body heat through your hands. So, it's important to keep them covered. On really cold days, gloves will also work to wick away moisture to keep your hands even warmer.Also, when the temperature dips below 30 degrees, I'll wear my Gore-Tex mittens.
